How to unlock Samsung Infuse 4g using remote unlock code

Unlocking your phone means that you will be able to use the phone with carriers other than original.

By default Samsung Infuse 4g is locked to AT&T & if you try to use it with different carrier, phone will prompt you to enter unlock code or “Unlock PIN”.
Unlock code for each device is unique & generated based on IMEI of this device.

To obtain IMEI you will need to dial *#06# or check behind the battery for 15 digit number. Sometimes it’s a 17 digit number with “.” or “/” symbols. But you just need to disregard other symbols & get first 15 digits – this would be IMEI of the device.

Troubleshooting with Samsung unlock codes

If you have trouble to enter code and/or if code is not accepted on Samsung Android Phone like Samsung T959, then please try to make “Factory Reset” following the instructions below :

1 – Shut your Android Galaxy S down (Power off) or remove Battery.
2 – Now press Volume up, Home and Power together.
3 – If the Samsung Symbol is coming up leave the Home Button.
4 – Then there is a boot Menu
5 – Volume Up and Down to Navigate , Home to select the chosen option.

Types of unlock codes – what are nck, mck, sck and spck codes

When requesting unlock code for Samsung & LG devices we would normally provide you
with 4 codes: NCK, MCK, SCK & SPCK.

Here is detailed explanation of which code:

  • NCK – Network Code Key, this is the most important code that allow you to unlock the phone. It is set by the manufacturer, when device is being made.
  • MCK – Misuse Code Key, this code will allow to unfreeze the device. The device freezes when you try to input unlock code more than 10( sometimes 8 ) times.
  • SCK – Special Code Key, this is the second unlock code, provided & set by manufacturer. It used when the main code doesn’t work for some reason.
  • SPCK – Special Provider Code Key, this is the unlock code set by device carrier. It can be used to unlock phone as well, but it is always better to use NCK code instead.
